This can be managed under Content - All Content items - Terms & Conditions in the admin control panel. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is
placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to
cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund
if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be
successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a
confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to
receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Returns and Warranty
All of our items are protected by a 3 day warranty and 30 days parts
warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty you may contact
one of friendly customer service representatives in order to obtain
further instructions. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship
replacement parts free of charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief
statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be
included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if
we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur
repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost. Damage Policy
All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to
insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage.
Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during
the shipping process. If you receive a damaged itiem,
you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a
damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or
replace your damaged item. Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and
packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation
provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping
charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure
your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a
carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
All returns and exchanges must be shipped within 3 business days
once a we have been notifyed of any problems. Items will only be
accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging
materials and documentation.
If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
